I do know that the trainer showed me some killer exercises with 7 lb dumbbells, and they're definitely working. On that note, here is the recipe for the protein smoothie I drink almost every day. This ~1.5 liter shake weighs ~1.25 kg and is ~1,374 calories with ~168 grams of protein. I am NOT saying that this is the healthiest thing in the world or that anyone else should do likewise or that there aren't better options—but I believe this has been working very well for me. I uploaded/described the nutrition labels to ChatGPT along with the weights of each ingredient, and it gave me this chart. It would probably be wiser to split this up into smaller portions throughout the day to improve absorption, but I tend to just drink it right from the blender within two hours. I got the raw milk and ice from a local grocery store, and everything else came from Costco. Most of the time I don't have raw milk on hand and just use water to help the smoothie blend, but when I have some, I'll dump in however much I'm feeling. If you can't get raw milk, you can always use (((pasteurized))) milk. Normally I just dump in whatever I'm feeling, but today I took photos of the weights because I love you and need you to get way stronger. The boys have convinced me to include a scoop of creatine. For the sake of your poops, adding some fiber is a good idea. There are plenty of options, but I like using chia seeds. Protip: if you put the chia seeds in first and then add some milk or water or whatever, the seeds will soak up some of that liquid and everything will be a bit better. I measured out 2 tablespoons, but that weighed 32 grams, and their nutrition facts say that 3 tablespoons = 30 grams... Next up is my favorite ingredient: ~90 grams of organic PBFit protein powder. I LOVE this stuff. It tastes just like peanut butter. I put some in a little bowl and eat it with a spoon at times. The plurality of this protein comes from 3 scoops (96 grams) of chocolate flavored whey protein powder. Yes, it has seed oils and sucralose :/ I love cottage cheese, and adding some helps the other ingredients to blend nicer. Again, normally I don't measure amounts, I just dump in however much cottage cheese I'm feeling. The jew fears the cottage cheese eater. Lastly, some ice! Total smoothie weight is ~1,255 grams (the blender itself weighs ~510 grams). Measuring out creatine, chia seeds, PBfit and whey protein powders each time is tedious, so I usually fill up some Pyrex glass containers. Then I can just dump the container into the blender and add some cottage cheese, ice, water and/or milk and save some time. Muscle is important, and you almost certainly need more of it.
